About this course

Level 1 Health & Safety course and online exam only. No CITB test, no card application.

Level 1 Health & Safety Course for Your CSCS Green Card

This online Level 1 Health & Safety in a Construction Environment course is the training part of the CSCS Green Labourer Card route. It is a 1-day course designed for beginners, with no previous construction experience needed. You learn how to work safely on a UK construction site, spot common hazards, handle materials safely and know what to do in an emergency.

When you finish the training, you sit a short multiple-choice exam online from home. Exam slots run from 9am to 10pm, a free resit is included if you need a second try, and your accredited certificate is issued during business hours once you pass.

What this option does not include

This is the course and exam only. It does not include the CITB Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) test or your CSCS card application. You can book your CITB test separately, or choose the Full Green Card bundle and let our team book the test and handle the card application for you.
