Price Match Promise

Found it cheaper? We'll match it.

If you find the same course for less with another UK training provider, tell us before you book and we will match their price. Please read the terms below so you know what qualifies.

1. What qualifies

• The course must be the same as ours: same course title, level and awarding or accrediting body (for example CITB, EUSR, Ofqual regulated or CPD).
• It must include the same things we include, such as the online exam, free resit, certificate, card application or test booking. If the other offer includes less, it is not a like-for-like match.
• The lower price must be shown publicly on the provider's own website, in pounds sterling and including VAT and any booking or admin fees.
• The course must be available to book at that price on the day you contact us.
• The provider must be a UK-based training provider that is approved to deliver that course.

2. What does not qualify

• Prices that need a discount code, voucher, cashback, membership, login or subscription.
• Group, bulk, corporate or reseller prices.
• Flash sales, clearance offers, prices shown in error and prices on marketplace, auction or social media sites.
• Offers from providers outside the UK or from unapproved providers.
• CITB test bookings. The CITB test fee is set by CITB and is not covered by this promise.

3. How to claim

• Contact us before you book. We cannot match a price after you have paid.
• Send us the link to the other provider's course page. We may also ask for a screenshot.
• We aim to reply within 1 working day. If the claim qualifies, we will send you a code or link to book at the matched price. It is valid for 48 hours.

4. Other terms

• One price match per course, per learner.
• A price match cannot be used with any other offer, discount or coupon code, including reminder email codes.
• We decide whether a claim qualifies, and our decision is final. We may refuse a claim that does not meet these terms.
• We may change or withdraw this promise at any time. The terms shown on this page when you contact us will apply.
• This promise does not affect your statutory rights or our Refund Policy. Our Terms & Conditions also apply to every booking.
