1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction date, without giving a reason.

However, because our courses are digital content delivered online, the following applies:

Once you access any course content, your 14-day right to cancel is immediately lost. By logging in and accessing course materials, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that your cancellation right no longer applies.

2. Course Access Periods

Each course has a set access period which begins from the date of purchase. This period runs continuously and is not paused for inactivity, holidays, or any other reason.

Standard Online Courses

Access valid for 3 months from purchase date.

Extension beyond 3 months: £80.00 (inc. VAT)

Short Accredited Courses

Access valid for 3 months from enrolment date.

Extension beyond 3 months: £14.99 (inc. VAT)

Specialist Compliance Courses

Access valid for 1 month from enrolment date.

Extension requires repurchase at the original course fee.

3. When a Refund Will Not Be Issued

We are unable to process a refund in any of the following situations:

  • You have logged in and accessed any part of the course content
  • The 14-day cancellation period has elapsed
  • The course access period has expired due to non-completion
  • You did not pass an associated assessment or exam
  • Technical difficulties were caused by your own device, browser, or internet connection
  • You purchased the wrong course by mistake after accessing it

4. Technical Issues

We work hard to ensure our platform is reliable and accessible at all times. If a verified technical fault on our end prevents you from completing a course or assessment, we will review the matter on a case-by-case basis and may, at our sole discretion, offer a complimentary retake or partial credit as a goodwill gesture. This does not constitute an admission of fault or liability.

To minimise technical disruption, we recommend completing courses on a desktop or laptop computer with a stable internet connection.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you wish to cancel your purchase within the eligible 14-day window and have not yet accessed the course, please contact us as soon as possible with the following details:
