On completion of a course, a certificate may be issued where applicable. Certificates are issued subject to satisfactory completion of all required assessments.

  • When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us.
  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
  • We accept payment via major credit/debit cards and other methods as displayed at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and provide a full refund.

5. Consumer Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, provided you have not yet started the course.
